Silicone Rubber Coated Fiberglass Fabrics are constructed from fiberglass base cloth and coated with a specially compounded silicone rubber. They feature excellent electrical insulation, heat insulation and chemical corrosion resistance,and can be used for hose pipe making & as a curtain in Heat shrink Tunnel to maintain inner temperature.

Properties:

    1.The working temperature of the product is -70⁰C~280⁰C

    2.Color is red,silver grey,black and so on

    3.Base Cloth/Fabric:7628,3732,666,3784,3786,3788,etc.

        Silicone Rubber is available in one side & both side coated fiberglass fabrics & in different thickness up to 1.8mm(0.25mm,0.5mm,0.9mm,1.4mm,1.8mm).

       

     Silicone rubber coatings provide high abrasion and flex resistance, excellent release properties, chemical resistance, and electrical insulation due to high dielectric qualities.Some applications include electrical insulation tapes,gaskets,welding blankets,safety curtains,and conveyer belts.
